Booking & Cancellation Policy
Every appointment is paid in full when you book. This holds your time on our calendar and lets us prepare for you.
Changing your appointment
You can move an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before its start time. Call or text (301) 272-5848 or email info@snatchedglam.com, and we will move it to any free time.
Cancelling
- More than 48 hours before: full refund.
- Between 48 and 24 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
Wedding-day services
Wedding-day bookings (bridal makeup, bridal makeup & hair and bridal party glam) can be refunded in full up to 30 days before the date, and 50% between 30 and 14 days before. Within 14 days of the wedding they are non-refundable, but can be moved once to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Bridal trials
Trials follow the standard 48-hour policy above.
Running late
We will always do our best to complete your service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service so the next client is not delayed; the price stays the same.
At-home visits
The $60 travel fee is refunded whenever the appointment itself is refunded. Please make sure we can reach the address at the booked time — if we cannot get access, it counts as a late cancellation.
If we have to cancel
In the rare case that illness or an emergency stops us from attending, we will tell you as early as possible, offer a new time and refund you in full if the new time doesn’t work.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
